TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Ezra Capital Fund Management websites, dashboards, SPL trading agents, or related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to enter binding contracts. You may not use the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited, or if we have previously suspended or banned your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with local laws, tax rules, and regulations that apply to you.

3. Accounts & security

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at admin@spltrader.co.uk if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One person or entity should maintain one primary account unless we approve otherwise in writing.

5. Plans, deposits & trading agents

Plan fees, account sizes, agent limits, and features are described on the website at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases. By activating an SPL agent or funded-style plan, you acknowledge that:

• Automated and semi-automated strategies can lose money as well as generate profits.
• Only the Ezra Capital Fund Management SPL Agent (and tools we expressly allow) may be used on accounts subject to our risk rules; unauthorized third-party bots or EAs may result in breach of these Terms.
• Drawdown limits, evaluation rules, and payout conditions published for your plan apply to your account.
• We may pause, adjust, or discontinue agents or markets for operational, risk, or compliance reasons.

6. Withdrawals & payouts

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the rules of your plan and our internal compliance checks. We may delay or decline a payout if:

• KYC is incomplete or under review
• We detect suspected fraud, abuse, or rule violations
• Wallet details are incorrect or incomplete
• Required by law or a payment partner

Network fees and processing times for crypto transfers are outside our full control once a transaction is broadcast.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights
• Attempt to hack, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the Service
• Use another person’s identity or payment instruments
• Manipulate results, exploit bugs, or circumvent risk controls
• Harass staff or other users, or submit abusive content

8. Intellectual property

The Service — including software, branding, content, and the SPL trading systems — is owned by Ezra Capital Fund Management or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal or internal business use in line with these Terms. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our systems without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific profits, or that trading signals or agents will meet your expectations.

Nothing on the site constitutes personalized investment advice. You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezra Capital Fund Management and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or trading opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the specific plan giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the event.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail KYC requirements, engage in fraud, or if continued service poses legal or operational risk. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including risk notices, IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by notice on the site. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
